POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for directing functions involving implementation and onboarding activities in regards to FinTech clients and ensuring implementations maintain compliance with all applicable laws as well as Policies of the Bank. Effectively manages internal teams and clients to ensure that implementations are completed as scheduled and within budget, while delivering the agreed upon implementation objective. The Implementation Manger will manage the implementation support of Payment’s clients and work with internal departments and clients on the development, testing and marketing of their client’s payments products. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Exercises independent judgment and discretion in program implementations. Follows a defined, agreed upon onboarding philosophy/methodology. Consults with clients, vendors and management to identify internal and external customer needs and corresponding implementation objectives. Prioritizes, plans, and tracks implementation progress in relation to the plan. Provides status reporting to appropriate bank management, committee members and clients. Coordinates with department /management teams, including: Identifies resources needed and assembles the appropriate project team with the skills required to be successful. Establishes and defines clear roles and responsibilities. Creates a shared focus within the team, establishing clear objectives and outcomes and setting realistic deadlines. Motivates the team to work together in the most efficient manner. Mitigates and resolves conflicts in a fair and effective manner. Manage, support, and grow FinTech Partners. Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to generate and develop ideas, pursue opportunities and close sales. Collaborate with assigned teams on the development, testing and delivery of new payments products. Evaluate business needs, objectives, and goals, research payments and electronic banking products available and design procedures to meet the implementation needs of the client. Research product development options and provide analysis for product direction as necessary. Consult with Payments management to identify internal and external customer needs and include in project objectives. Develop and review requirements, specifications, and implementation plans to ensure they are in line with internal objectives on projects. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None
