About The Position

At MRV Connect, we combine the strength of a relationship-driven community bank with the evolving world of fintech, digital banking, payments, and Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS). As our Fintech Compliance Assurance Analyst, you’ll help ensure our fintech programs are operating as expected through ongoing compliance reviews, testing, trend analysis, and partner communication. You’ll identify findings and trends, communicate directly with fintech partners, and help make sure issues are resolved — not just identified. If you enjoy digging into the details, spotting patterns, and figuring out why something happened, you may be a great fit.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to work directly with fintech partners.
  • Excellent organization, follow-through, and ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple priorities.

  • A growth mindset and willingness to continuously develop your fintech and compliance knowledge.
