About The Position

This role is for a FinOps Analytics Engineer/Data Analyst/Visualization specialist. The primary purpose of this role is to own both cloud spend/allocation analytics and LLM/model cost telemetry, feeding executive reporting. The position is located in Austin, TX and is an onsite role with flexible work from home options available. The role requires 7+ years of experience.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of BI & Reporting background.
• Demonstrated experience across both cloud spend analytics AND cost attribution/telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Build cloud spend, allocation, and commitment-usage analytics.
• Build LLM/model usage cost telemetry and attribution — tracking AI tool, agentic framework, and LLM provider consumption.
• Forecast model spend trends as AI-generated code volume rises.
• Feed all analytics output directly into the Lead Full Stack Engineer's executive reporting layer.
• Integrate with the Client's cloud cost management platform for consumption/reporting only — no administration, configuration, or upgrade.
