About The Position

Finishing Technician - 2nd shift (Mon - Fri) Join our growing team as a Finishing Technician – Folder/Gluer and help us deliver high-quality folding carton packaging for the food industry! This is a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Requirements

Ability to pick up and move flat carton stacks from pallets.
Strong attention to detail—read and distinguish load tags, identify carton items, and spot quality issues.
Comfortable working at production speeds, standing, lifting (up to 40 lbs), and bending throughout your shift.
Team player who communicates well and follows instructions consistently.
Commitment to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
Willingness to work overtime as needed and wear a company uniform.
No prior experience required—this is an entry-level opportunity! We provide full training.
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 40 pounds.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift and move cases weighting up to 40 lbs.
Repetitive motions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in ISO 9001:2015 and SQF 10 food packaging environments is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Feed flat cartons into high-speed gluing machines and remove finished cartons, placing them into corrugate shippers.
Perform periodic quality control (QC) checks on finished products to ensure they meet our exacting standards.
Follow all safety, sanitation, GMP, and quality procedures, including wearing PPE and maintaining a clean work area.
Immediately report any food safety concerns to management or SQF team members.
Take on other duties as assigned to support the team and keep production running smoothly.
