About The Position

Interprint, Inc. designs and prints decor paper used as the design layer in laminate surfaces, including countertops, flooring, furniture, and store fixtures. The Finishing Technician prepares and wraps rolls for shipping, enters information into SAP, maintains a clean work area, and supports the Rewind Operator as needed. The role is based at Interprint’s Pittsfield, Massachusetts location and pays $18.75–$19.75 per hour, including shift differential. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate a good attitude toward work and arrive on time for the start of the shift.
• Follow instructions and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
• Communicate well with others.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, mainly on your feet.

Nice To Haves

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Completion of vocational or college training in a machine shop.
• Previous work experience in the same or a similar field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rolls for wrapping.
• Wrap rolls for shipping.
• Enter data into SAP.
• Clean and maintain the work area.
• Assist the Rewind Operator as needed and contribute to the team effort.
