About The Position

Valley Cabinet is seeking a Sprayer to join their team. The Sprayer will use manual or automated spray equipment to apply decorative finishes and protective coatings to products such as drawer fronts, door fronts, veneers, moldings, and other cabinet components. This role involves maintaining quality standards and potentially other assigned duties.

Requirements

Ability to learn and retain on the job training.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Attention to detail
Ability to grasp and manipulate trigger on spray gun.
The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
Ability to match or detect differences between colors. This includes shades, colors, and brightness.
Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions in English.
Ability to meet quality standards - strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to consistently meet/exceed production quotas.

Responsibilities

Use a spray gun to apply stain, sealer, or topcoat to cabinet and door products
Use sandpaper and other instruments to sand rough spots and to rub stain into the grain.
Maintain quality standards on all products.
Other duties as assigned
