About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Spray Technician to join our high-performing Finish Room team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in craftsmanship, and have experience using spray guns to apply high-quality painted finishes to cabinet components. You’ll play a critical role in delivering consistent, flawless finishes that meet Bellmont’s high standards for quality and appearance.

Requirements

Solid foundation in paint spray finishing.
Experience using spray guns to apply high-quality painted finishes to cabinet components.
Ability to match colors to master samples.
Ability to inspect parts for quality, identifying any surface or coating defects and determining appropriate repair or rework steps.
Ability to meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining strict quality standards.
Ability to collaborate with team members to support production flow and maintain high finish quality.
Ability to maintain equipment, spray booth, and work area to ensure safety, efficiency, and finish integrity.
