About The Position

You’ll be part of the team responsible for the final steps before units ship out. This is where quality matters most. You’ll be installing final components, sealing, cleaning, and making sure each unit is complete and ready for the customer. This is hands-on work that requires attention to detail and pride in the finished product. If something is off, you catch it and fix it. This is a safety-sensitive position. Attention to detail and safe work practices are required at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience using hand and power tools in a work setting
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and shows up on time
• Takes pride in doing clean, finished work
• Works well as part of a team
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening
• Must be able to work safely in a production environment

Nice To Haves

• Construction, manufacturing, or finishing/detail work
• Experience with caulking, sealing, or similar tasks
• Welding experience (helpful, not required)

Responsibilities

• Install final components like doors, louvers, and hardware
• Caulk, seal, and prep units for shipment
• Clean and inspect units before they leave the floor
• Wrap and protect units for transport
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals
