About The Position

Molded Dimensions is seeking a detail-oriented person to work in our Finishing department. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting molded rubber products to ensure they meet our quality standards and customer specifications. If you have a strong attention to detail, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in producing quality products, we'd love to hear from you! This is a 2nd Shift position, working from 1pm – 9pm, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Dependable with a strong work ethic and attendance record.
Must be able to pass a company vision test.

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing experience preferred; inspection or finishing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform quality inspections of rubber molded parts according to company standards and customer requirements.
Inspect in-process and finished products to ensure conformance to specifications.
Use hand tools to perform clipping, trimming, sorting, and packaging of molded parts.
Identify and communicate quality concerns to Shift Lead and production operators.
Maintain accurate inspection practices and adherence to quality procedures.
Support production and quality initiatives as directed by leadership.
Perform other duties as assigned by the department Lead.
