About The Position

This position is for the 2nd shift in the Finishing department, focusing on Edge Scuffing (Class 2). The role involves learning multiple finishing room jobs, moving materials, and using a computerized production tracking system. The employee must be able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions, meet production goals, adhere to quality standards, and follow all safety policies and procedures. This role is full-time.

Requirements

• Two to three years of work experience
• Knowledge of safe work practices
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Math skills
• Ability to read/write/communicate in English
• Ability to work in a team environment

Nice To Haves

• One year of production experience or similar in carpentry or fast paced, detail-oriented environment is preferred
• High School diploma or GED preferred
