Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

1-2 years of wood finishing or paint related experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Apply finishing materials including paints, stains, varnishes, lacquers, and polyurethanes to wood and other substrates.
Maintain spray booth cleanliness, organization and an OSHA safe working environment.
Monitor quality control during the finishing process.
Ensure all of the necessary paperwork is filled out, including job related QC checks and hazardous waste logs.
Complete time studies and material estimates as needed.
Set up production spray lines.
Assist in the training and development of co-workers.
Perform miscellaneous projects and complete various tasks as requested by management.
