Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of wood finishing or paint related experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Apply finishing materials including paints, stains, varnishes, lacquers, and polyurethanes to wood and other substrates.
  • Maintain spray booth cleanliness, organization and an OSHA safe working environment.
  • Monitor quality control during the finishing process.
  • Ensure all of the necessary paperwork is filled out, including job related QC checks and hazardous waste logs.
  • Complete time studies and material estimates as needed.
  • Set up production spray lines.
  • Assist in the training and development of co-workers.
  • Perform miscellaneous projects and complete various tasks as requested by management.
