Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to operate and maintain finishing, blasting, and polishing equipment.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate finishing equipment, including blasting and polishing machines, to achieve desired surface finishes on medical device components.
• Inspect components before and after finishing to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of finishing equipment.
• Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to address discrepancies or defects in finished products.
• Document and report production data, including quantities finished and issues encountered.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Seek opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and product quality.
