Finished Goods Loader
About The Position
The Finished Goods Loader is responsible for the safe and efficient loading and unloading of finished products onto various transportation methods such as tankers, railcars, meal trucks, and trailers. This role also involves obtaining product samples for laboratory analysis, maintaining accurate paperwork, weighing trucks after loading, and completing necessary documentation. Additionally, the position requires performing general cleaning in work areas and adhering to all company safety rules and regulations. The shift schedule is Monday through Friday, with some weekends, from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed.
- Basic math skills; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers.
- Good oral and written skills; able to follow oral and written directions.
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing, industrial, or agricultural experience preferred.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience in loader operation and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading of all finished products on tankers, railcars, meal trucks, trailers, etc.
- Obtaining proper samples and sending them to the lab for analysis.
- Maintaining proper paperwork.
- Weighing trucks after loading.
- Completing documentation and turning it into the scale/dispatcher.
- Performing general cleaning as needed in work areas.
- Maintaining safety in accordance with all company safety rules and regulations.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
