Experienced Finish Grader Operator
About The Position
O'Hanlon Paving, a proud member of The Fath Group, has been a key player in the Edmonton Road Construction industry for over 65 years. We are looking for experienced Finish Grader Operators to work seasonally in a full-time capacity with the potential of becoming a year- round full-time position. The Finish Grader Operator will work on projects in various locations throughout Edmonton. The successful candidate must be able to align with the company's core values: Commitment, Attitude and Respect.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operation of finish graders and related equipment, for example, the ability to finish grade within a 2 cm tolerance
- Extensive road building related heavy equipment operator experience
- Knowledge of the safe operation of equipment and municipal road building industry
- Valid class 5 driver’s license with air or above with a clean drivers abstract
- High attention to detail, strong communication skills and ability to follow directions
- Willingness and ability to work extended hours and weekends
- Valid safety certifications

Responsibilities
- Safe operation of equipment such as finish graders and other base equipment
- Working with minimal supervision
- Performing daily safety and maintenance checks
- Other duties as required
