Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Finish Carpenters for projects located in the Eugene, OR area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $30-38/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements

Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience
Strong finish carpentry experience
Must pass a drug screen, and background check
Well-rounded residential construction knowledge
Experience with cabinets, doors, windows, trim, and molding
Ability and willingness to perform occasional rough carpentry
Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials
Ability to read blueprints and project plans
Knowledge of building codes, trade sequencing, and construction best practices
Strong attention to detail and finish quality

Responsibilities

Install and adjust cabinets, vanities, and built-in shelving
Measure, cut, and install baseboards, crown molding, casing, wainscoting, and other trim
Hang, level, and trim doors and windows
Perform finish carpentry on restoration and remodeling projects
Perform rough carpentry and framing as needed
Complete restoration, remodeling, and reconstruction work
Read and work from blueprints and project plans
Calculate material and supply requirements
Safely operate carpentry hand and power tools
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
Communicate project requirements and progress with the team
Maintain a high standard of quality and craftsmanship
