About The Position

Our operations team turns creative designs into reality with craftsmanship and precision. We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our manufacturing team. This role is perfect for individuals with a background in carpentry, trim carpentry, cabinet making, or construction finishing who want to apply their craftsmanship in a shop environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of carpentry, construction, millwork, or finish carpentry experience
• Ability to read tape measures down to 1/16”
• Skilled with power tools and woodworking equipment
• Blueprint reading ability required
• HS diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Perform finish carpentry to build custom décor and fixtures
• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Work with wood, metal, and plastics
• Operate saws, drills, sanders, and woodworking tools
• Ensure projects meet high standards of quality and precision
• Collaborate with shop leaders and team members
