True North Goodwill is hiring a Fingerprint Technician to perform background study fingerprint processing using IdentoGO equipment. Responsibilities

• Being a welcoming presence for fingerprint enrollment customers
• Following instruction of and providing updates to the Director of Business Services
• Communicating identification and payment processes calmly and clearly to customers
• Physically guiding customer’s hands gently but confidently through the entire fingerprinting process
• Following the strict safety and legal processes of IdentoGO and True North Goodwill
• Performing regular diagnostic checks on enrollment tablet
• Consulting IdentoGO Partner Support and Tech Support via phone call when equipment errors arise
