About The Position

Ben Bridge Jeweler is seeking a full-time Sales Associate for a temporary seasonal role at its Brea Mall store, ending January 31, 2027. The associate builds lasting customer relationships, creates memorable experiences, and presents jewelry and watches with enthusiasm and creativity. The role is suited to a self-starter who enjoys jewelry, works well independently and in a close-knit team, and is committed to outstanding customer service. The hourly pay range is $18.50–$22.00, with a monthly sales bonus based on individual sales and store performance. The full-time hourly schedule is designed to provide flexible staffing during key events and peak selling times.

Have at least 2 years of retail selling experience, or a combination of 3 or more years of customer service experience and education.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Fine jewelry and/or watch sales experience, or other luxury sales experience.
Bilingual ability.

Responsibilities

Develop authentic customer relationships by assessing needs, making personalized product recommendations, and creating memorable experiences.
Build in-depth product knowledge and explain product features and benefits when presenting merchandise.
Connect with existing and potential customers and maintain customer information using company-supported technology.
Inspect and clean customers' jewelry and consult on repairs for jewelry and timepieces.
