Nestled in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, our dining venues are where luxury meets genuine Texas hospitality. As a Fine Dining Server, you are an expert in the "Art of Service." You will guide members and guests through elevated culinary journeys, ensuring every detail—from the temperature of the vintage to the placement of the silverware—is flawless. If you possess a "white-glove" mindset and a passion for elite hospitality, your success story begins here. You will deliver sophisticated service that exceeds 4-Diamond standards, ensuring a memorable and seamless experience for every guest.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of fine dining, a la carte service, and wine presentation.
  • Exceptional oral and written English skills; ability to navigate guest requests with poise and problem-solving agility.
  • An even disposition with a self-starting personality and impeccable grooming standards.
  • Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods and lift at least 30 lbs.
  • Must be 18+ years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • TABC and Food Handler certifications required (ServSafe preferred).
  • Commitment to wearing the proper resort uniform and slip-resistant safety footwear.

  • Previous resort or high-end dining experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor, acting as a resort ambassador throughout the dining period.
  • Maintain mastery of food, wine, and cocktail menus to answer questions, offer pairings, and make tailored recommendations.
  • Execute a la carte and fine dining "white-glove" practices, including proper table settings, course timing, and meticulous station detailing.
  • Inspect every dish before service to ensure appearance, temperature, and portions meet resort specifications.
  • Utilize Point-of-Sale (POS) systems with accuracy and communicate special dietary requests or guest preferences clearly to the kitchen.
  • Participate in daily pre-shift meetings, assist with bussing and station resets, and support co-workers to maintain a harmonious "one-team" atmosphere.
