The job involves serving food and beverages in both the fine dining restaurant and lounge, suggesting dinner courses, appropriate wines and answering questions regarding food preparation. It also includes taking food and beverage orders from guests, garnishing and decorating dishes and serving meals to guests according to established rules of etiquette. Routine table maintenance, polishing silverware, glassware and other duties assigned, maintaining cleanliness of dining room and service areas, and providing remarkable service by recognizing and anticipating guest’s needs are also key aspects. The role requires working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels and maintaining thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties. Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation is essential.
