About The Position

Grasslands Club is seeking polished and personable Dining Hosts to welcome members into a fine dining atmosphere. We have three openings (one full-time, two part-time) for experienced hospitality professionals who understand that exceptional service begins the moment a guest enters. As the face of our fine dining club restaurant, you will set the tone for an elevated member experience. The club genuinely invests in employee growth, offering opportunities for advancement and building a fine dining resume. Grasslands Club is a private golf and country club located in Gallatin, Tennessee, featuring two clubhouses, multiple dining outlets, an event center, pools, golf courses, fitness centers, and a racquet sports complex. The dining program is central to the member experience, adhering to fine dining standards with polished service, refined presentation, and genuine hospitality.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fine dining, upscale casual, or private club hospitality.
• Polished, professional communication skills.
• Genuinely warm and welcoming presence.
• Composure to stay organized under pressure.
• Ability to manage reservations, seating charts, and shifting priorities.
• A sharp eye for detail.
• A proactive, member-first mindset.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
