The Financial Wellness Specialist delivers engaging education to employees to empower and improve their financial health through action-oriented seminars and one-on-one consultations. They evaluate participants’ financial needs and help employees maximize their company benefits while also delivering holistic financial programs promoting budgeting, saving, retirement readiness, and overall financial confidence. As an engaging and dynamic presenter, Financial Wellness Specialist inspires and motivates participants to take meaningful next steps towards financial well-being. Financial Wellness Specialists travel approximately 80% of their work schedule. Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 in lieu of 66) required and Insurance licenses desired.
