Financial Tooling Analyst
About The Position
The Financial Tooling Analyst will oversee prototype and serial tooling projects for North America. This role involves preparing monthly reporting on deferred tooling for VC USA and VC Toluca, forecasting tooling sales for North America, and gathering and maintaining documentation for tooling projects. The analyst will also prepare customer documentation requirements for billing tooling into the customer's portal and maintain Tooling Trackers for North America. Collaboration with launch managers, coordinators, and the quality department is essential to gather the necessary documentation for customer billing.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or above.
- 5 years' experience in the accounting field.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Dashboard RFQ systems
- Experience with Customer and Supplier purchase orders
- Experience with Prototrack Sample Order information
- Experience with Serial tooling cost and sales information
