About The Position

The Accounts Receivable Technician will be responsible for processing, verifying, analyzing and reporting accounts receivable transactions. This position works on a hybrid schedule, Monday and Fridays are work from home days and Tuesday-Thursday are in office days.

Requirements

• High School/Technical School diploma or a minimum of 3 years accounts receivable experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Solid organization skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Basic knowledge of SAP or ERP systems
• Ability to multi-task
• Solid research and problem resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Nice To Haves

• Minimal travel required (0 - 10 days per year)

Responsibilities

• Process cash, ensure proper discounts taken, deductions are correct and coded properly, file, research imbalances and other accounts receivable issues
• Ensure internal controls and policies are adhered to
• Ensure transaction entry verification procedures are followed
• Answer incoming telephone calls, bank NSF
• Complete intercompany clearings requested by accounting department
• May be required to perform other related duties as assigned
