About The Position

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Financial Systems Transformation Associate to join our team! In this role you will get to perform a variety of assignments related to Financial and Accounting operations.

Requirements

Education requirements require a degree in an discipline of Engineering, Finance, Communications or Business Administration.
Candidate will have less than 5 years of work experience.
Candidate must be extremely organized
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Programs, especially excel
Candidate will be able to communicate verbally and in writing with all members of the business
Ability to work independently after shown how to perform a task

Nice To Haves

Programming knowledge to understand how the systems are being built
Engineering knowledge to understand Work Breakdown Structures on Projects
Ability to adapt to daily changes in work schedule

Responsibilities

Data Cleansing of over 100+ financial tables.
Assisting with the management of system testing on 1500+ testing scripts to ensure that now only is the entry a balanced transaction, it meets the requirements for engineering analytics.
Assisting with the conversion of 10000+ Projects and Jobs and all financial and Engineering WBS data tied to those jobs
Working with Business SME's to prepare Process Flow diagrams for all financial processes ensuring that the users are properly classifying the engineering WBS’s for consistency for analytics across the company.
Working with the Business SME's to Prepare Procedures and Policies for all processes, with the guidance of the engineering team on Projects to establish the correct WBS.
Candidates will be tagged with Engineering, Communications and Finance staff based on their strengths and will be performing their duties under supervision from a Finance, Communications and/or Engineering leader.
