About The Position

The Analyst – OTCF supports the integrity and effectiveness of Oracle Order to Cash-Franchise applications and related financial systems. The role partners with the Technical Franchise Revenue (TFR) team to support Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) operations and develops an understanding of system dependencies, data flows, and controls affecting franchise revenue recognition and accounting. The Analyst documents and enhances governance processes and data flows, supports operational and technical accounting activities, validates interfaces for completeness and accuracy, and serves as a liaison among Financial Systems, Enterprise Applications, and OTCF accounting teams. The position provides technical expertise and operational support across Advanced Collections, Accounts Receivable, Bill Management, Payment Services, RMCS, and the Sales Reporting Portal. It also provides backup support to the Financial Systems Manager of OTC and Senior Analyst OTCF during their absences. The role is based at the Atlanta Global Support Center and is expected to be onsite four days per week.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, accounting, or a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.
0–2 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, IT, or a similar field.
Demonstrated success working with large, complex data sets for source/target system matching and validation, using tools such as Excel, Excel Power Query, and SQL.
Experience managing tasks and reporting status.
0–2 years of experience working with Excel, Excel Power Query, and SQL.
0–2 years of experience working in Oracle Bill Management, RMCS, AR, and Advanced Collections.
Strong accounting acumen and customer service focus.
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to positively influence others.
Strong knowledge of internal controls and the ability to determine and recommend control changes.

Responsibilities

Partner with Financial Systems, Enterprise Applications, and OTCF accounting teams.
Perform routine tie-out validations of interfaces into and out of OTCF applications using the documented Completeness & Accuracy process, and investigate interfaces without such processes.
Develop an end-to-end understanding of OTCF interfaces, system dependencies, risks, and controls, including data sources that affect revenue accounting accuracy.
Partner with the TFR team to monitor daily RMCS inbound integrations, investigate missing, failed, or inaccurate transactions, and coordinate resolution.
Support RMCS operations and improvements by analyzing contract and data issues, testing fixes, and identifying automation and control enhancements for TFR Estimate and revenue management processes.
Perform administrative functions in OTCF modules, including setting up countries, franchisees, territories or units in billing and Estimate Journal setup; setting up transaction types in Bill Management; setting up Program Codes in Payment Services; setting up transaction types and receipt methods; and administering RMCS.
Open and manage tickets with Enterprise Applications when needed.
Understand the design of controls supporting revenue data flows and how assurance on control effectiveness is obtained.
Act as a liaison among OTCF accounting teams, the OTCF Hyderabad Support Center Team, Financial Systems, and Enterprise Applications; ensure support and enhancement tickets are prioritized, tracked, and completed.
Create and maintain interface documentation and job aids related to OTCF systems.
Assist with UAT testing for system changes and quarterly Oracle testing.
Provide backup support to the Financial Systems Manager of OTC and Senior Analyst OTCF during their absences.
