Financial Systems Analyst
About The Position
Architect and maintain scalable financial data models and reporting frameworks to support strategic decision-making. Design and implement automated data pipelines and ETL processes using tools such as PowerQuery, SQL, and Python. Develop advanced financial dashboards and interactive visualizations using Power BI and Excel PowerPivot to monitor KPIs and business performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and data solutions. Lead the integration of financial systems with enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM) to ensure data consistency and accuracy. Conduct root cause analysis on data anomalies and implement data governance protocols to improve data quality and integrity. Evaluate and enhance internal systems for efficiency, scalability, and compliance with financial reporting standards. Prepare source-to-target mapping documentation and data dictionaries to support system enhancements and audits. Provide technical mentorship and training to finance and business users on data tools and reporting best practices. Stay current with emerging technologies in financial analytics, data engineering, and visualization to recommend innovative solutions. Adhere to Seacoast Bank's Code of Conduct.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a closely related field.
- One year experience in financial systems or data analytics roles.
- Developing financial reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel PowerPivot, and Python.
- Designing and maintaining relational databases and data models.
- Writing complex SQL queries and using Power Query for data transformation.
- Performing data mining, statistical analysis, and visualization.
- Diagnosing and resolving systems analysis issues and recommending scalable solutions.
- Administering systems, ensuring optimal performance, data integrity, user access controls, and timely issue resolution.
