About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Systems Analyst to join our finance
team. The Finance Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the
organization’s financial planning and analysis processes.

This is a remote position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in financial systems administration and FP&A roles.
• Hands-on experience with Adaptive Insights (Workday Adaptive Planning) preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience with financial modeling and scenario planning
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Snowflake)
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and data analysis.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

Responsibilities

• Adaptive Insights administrator for both integration and planning, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and performance. Maintain and update models, dimensions, and hierarchies to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting processes. Assist in creating annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate cross-functionally (e.g., IT or Data) or with external vendors for resolution.
• Lead system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features and enhancements.
• Train end-users on Adaptive functionality and best practices
