This position is responsible for the maintenance, review, analysis, and reconciliation of up to $50 million in advertising fund expenditures for traditional and digital gaming platforms. The role involves auditing, analyzing, and providing Procurement Budget level approval for all procurement documents in the state-wide accounting system (SIGMA), ensuring proper classification and line allocation. The position also assists with the approval and release of financial journal entries in SIGMA, as well as vendor invoice and inter-agency payment documents. Additionally, this position serves as a financial data coordinator for various FOIA and interagency financial data requests.
