About The Position

The Financial Solutions Consultant II is an integral member of the strategic implementation organization. The SC II is responsible for delivering scalable RealPage solutions to new and existing clients, specifically within the financial and commercial systems domain. This role partners closely with customers and internal stakeholders to implement financial solutions, ensuring accurate system configuration, integration, and operational alignment. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of financial expertise and technical systems experience to translate business requirements into effective system-driven solutions. This team member will work directly with customers as well as internal stakeholders. They must be analytical, flexible, and customer-focused, with the ability to adapt in a fast-moving and evolving environment.

Requirements

  • Intermediate knowledge of accounting practices and financial reporting
  • Intermediate knowledge of fintech products, systems, or integrations
  • Experience in financial operations, accounting, financial analysis, or related field
  • Experience working with enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or system configurations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and with clients

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP systems, property management software, or financial platforms
  • System administration, configuration, or integration experience
  • Experience supporting implementations or client-facing delivery work
  • Consulting experience or background in process improvement
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation activities for financial and commercial solutions
  • Partner with clients to gather and translate business and financial requirements into system configurations
  • Configure and support financial systems, integrations, and product setups
  • Analyze financial workflows and reporting needs to ensure accurate system alignment
  • Collaborate with internal delivery, product, and engineering teams to execute implementations
  • Support system testing, validation, and issue resolution throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Deliver client training and post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption
  • Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement within financial workflows
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivery expectations
  • Contribute to team and departmental initiatives
