About The Position

At Bank of America, the Financial Solutions Advisor provides comprehensive advice and customized solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. The role includes triaging client leads, referring clients to business partners based on needs and asset thresholds, reviewing financial and investment goals, building financial plans, and recommending brokerage products. Advisors apply and expand their knowledge by completing required licenses and training. The position may involve residential mortgage loan origination and therefore requires SAFE Act registration and a background check. Employees must maintain good standing in the federal registry; failure to obtain or maintain registration may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination. The position is open across the Utah South Market, and the specific Financial Center assignment depends on business needs. A new hire will train at one financial center and may initially work in a phone-based capacity until a financial center within a reasonable commuting distance is identified, as permitted by applicable law. Bank of America describes an in-office culture intended to support collaboration, engagement, and career development, with role-specific flexibility based on responsibilities and business needs. The schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays, on first shift.
