The Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) begins by obtaining securities industry licenses through dedicated classes and study time for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 exams. The advisor then develops foundational skills in acquiring, building, and managing client relationships; understanding clients’ financial circumstances; and providing advice and solutions that support their financial goals. After reaching key milestones, the advisor works in a financial center to deliver core banking, investment solutions, and client care. Successful Stage I advisors typically progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where they grow and deepen relationships within a client portfolio. The Academy provides programs, tools, and resources throughout this development path. The role is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Employees involved in residential mortgage loan originations must register with the federal registry system, complete the required background check and registration process, and remain in good standing. Failure to obtain or maintain registration may result in immediate termination. The position is based in the College Park market, with the specific financial center location determined by business needs. The employee may train at one financial center and then potentially work in a phone-based capacity until a financial center within a reasonable commuting distance is determined, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This is a first-shift, 40-hour-per-week role. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays required. Pay is $28.85–$33.65 per hour; offers are determined based on experience, education, and skill set. Compensation is base salary and is not incentive eligible. The role is benefits eligible.
