About The Position

The Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) role at Bank of America involves obtaining Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, and Series 66) through dedicated training. Upon licensing, you will learn foundational skills in client relationship management, financial assessment, and providing advice and solutions. The role progresses to working in a financial center, delivering core banking and investment solutions, and providing client care. Successful FSAs typically advance to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where they grow and deepen relationships with a client portfolio. The Academy provides ongoing support, tools, and resources throughout the career journey. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including background checks and registration in the federal registry system. Failure to maintain SAFE Act registration may result in termination. Nice To Haves

  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
