About The Position

Merrill Wealth Management is seeking individuals for its Advisor Development Program, specifically for the Financial Solutions Advisor Trainee role within the centralized segment. This program is designed to guide you through obtaining necessary Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, and Series 66) and developing foundational skills to become a successful financial advisor. The role involves phone-based client interaction, providing holistic financial advice, identifying client needs, and recommending appropriate Merrill and Bank of America products and services. The program offers a defined path for career growth within Merrill Wealth Management, supported by dedicated training, coaching, and resources. You will work with affluent and high net worth clients, build relationships, and help them achieve their financial goals. Upon successful completion of the trainee stage, you will typically progress to a Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (MFSA) role.

  • Subject to SAFE Act registration requirements and background check.

  • Recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities.
  • Collaborate with core banking and investment partners.
  • Connect clients to Bank of America and Merrill solutions.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients by providing exceptional client care.
