About The Position

As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins with obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, including the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 Exams, through dedicated and personalized classes. Once licensed, you will be taught foundational advisor skills, encompassing acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, understanding complex financial situations, and providing advice and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. This role emphasizes humanizing financial interactions. Upon reaching key milestones, you will work in a financial center, delivering Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions. The company provides comprehensive support and resources throughout your development. Successful FSA I's typically progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where they continue to grow and deepen client relationships. The Academy offers dedicated programs, tools, and resources for career advancement. This position requires SAFE Act registration, including a background check, and failure to maintain registration may result in termination. Bank of America maintains an in-office culture with specific attendance requirements, balanced with an appropriate level of flexibility.

Requirements

  • Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
  • Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity.
  • Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions.
  • Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client’s interest in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Executes multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.
  • Obtain your SIE within 30 days of being hired.
  • Obtain your Series 7 & 66 within 120 Days (63 & 65 accepted, in lieu of 66).
  • Register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing for SAFE Act requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish speaking.
