As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins with obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, including the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 Exams, through dedicated and personalized classes. Once licensed, you will be taught foundational advisor skills, encompassing acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, understanding complex financial situations, and providing advice and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. This role emphasizes humanizing financial interactions. Upon reaching key milestones, you will work in a financial center, delivering Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions. Successful FSA I's typically progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where they continue to grow and deepen client relationships. The Academy offers dedicated programs, tools, and resources for career advancement.
