At Bank of America, the Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) role is an entry point into a career as a financial advisor. The journey begins with obtaining Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, and Series 66) through dedicated and personalized classes. Upon licensure, the FSA I will learn foundational advisor skills, including client acquisition, relationship building and management, and providing advice and solutions for clients' financial lives. After achieving key milestones, the FSA I will work in a financial center, delivering Bank of America's core banking and investment solutions. Successful FSA I's typically progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where they continue to grow client relationships. The Academy provides ongoing support, programs, tools, and resources for career development. This position requires SAFE Act registration, including a background check, and failure to maintain registration may result in termination. The role involves world-class training, one-on-one coaching, using a consultative approach to identify client needs, earning required licenses within specific timeframes, building a network by interacting with various clients, providing comprehensive financial advice, and collaborating with banking and investment partners.
