As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins by obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, including the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 Exams, through dedicated and personalized classes. Once licensed, you will be taught foundational advisor skills, encompassing client acquisition, relationship building and management, and guiding clients with advice and solutions based on their complex financial pictures. Upon reaching key milestones, you will work in a financial center, delivering Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions and client care approach. The company provides comprehensive support, including world-class training, onboarding programs, and one-on-one coaching. Successful Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I individuals typically progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where they continue to grow and deepen client relationships within a client portfolio. The Academy offers dedicated programs, tools, and resources for career development. This position requires SAFE Act registration, including registration with the federal registry system and a background check, with failure to maintain registration potentially resulting in termination.
