Upon achieving key milestones, the FSA I will work in a financial center, delivering Bank of America's core banking and investment solutions. Successful FSA I's typically progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where they continue to grow and deepen client relationships. The Academy provides ongoing support, tools, and resources for career development. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including a federal registry system registration and background check, with failure to maintain registration potentially resulting in termination.
