About The Position

As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), the journey begins with obtaining Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) through dedicated classes. Once licensed, the advisor will learn foundational skills in acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, considering complex financial pictures, and guiding clients with advice and solutions. The role involves delivering Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions in a financial center. Successful FSA I advisors typically progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, continuing to grow client relationships. The Academy provides support with programs, tools, and resources throughout the career journey. This position requires SAFE Act registration, including a background check, and failure to maintain registration may result in termination.

Requirements

  • Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
