Join our team as a Financial Services Representative where you’ll have dedicated time for growth and career development while supporting customers. You will handle inbound calls, prepare for a future as the official face of Fidelity in our Investor Centers, and receive paid training to help you obtain your Series 7 & 66 licenses. During onboarding, you will assist Fidelity’s customers over the phone with inquiries about account balances, withdrawals, fund transfers, identifying resources, and placing trades, initially working from home with one day per week in the Investor Center. After completing onboarding, you will transition to working daily in the Investor Center. In your first year, you will be supported through an industry-leading training program, balancing remote work and Investor Center time. This role requires successful completion of SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66 FINRA licensing exams, which are fully paid for and sponsored by Fidelity, including paid study time, coaching, and review classes. You will continue to spend four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center, supporting customers with increasing complexity to develop your skills. Dedicated time each week is allocated for skill development, networking, and online classes. Upon completion of this training journey, you will transition to working fully on-site in an Investor Center. Depending on business needs, you may spend more time working remotely supporting inbound phone customers before transitioning to an Investor Center. You will gain confidence and develop proficiency serving customers, joining the wealth management development track and building advanced skills for a career in planning.
