We’re experiencing exciting growth and are looking to add 2 part‑time associates to our Surge Team to support annuity transaction processing during peak hours. This team plays a key role in managing volume increases, supporting Annuity New Business, and helping reduce overtime while maintaining high service standards. The Surge Team provides flexible support during high‑volume periods and serves as a feeder group to meet evolving business needs. This role does not qualify for employer-sponsored work authorization. Nationwide does not participate in the Stem OPT Extension program. Do you love connecting and building new business relationships? As a Representative, you'll provide timely, efficient service for an assigned product and/or service center internal and external customer.
