About The Position

As a member of the Personal and Business Banking team, you will work in a fast-paced Banking Centre, making a meaningful difference in clients' lives. This role involves fostering key relationships with clients, understanding their financial and personal goals, and providing informative and tailored service. You will recommend appropriate products and solutions to support their financial success. The position requires flexibility to work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends, and the ability to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance. This is an on-site, full-time role where you are empowered to thrive.

Requirements

  • Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada).
  • 1 year experience in working with clients and achieving sales results.
  • Ability to engage with purpose to find the right solutions for clients.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by accomplishing goals.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills to inform decision making.
  • Passionate about people, finding meaning in relationships, and building trust through respect and authenticity.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow knowledge.

  • Flexibility to work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, advise them on solutions, and provide a forward-looking financial plan.
  • Use knowledge of cash management, credit, investment and wealth protection to help clients meet their goals.
  • Engage in marketing and outreach activities to show clients value and connect with their communities.
  • Grow network, deepen existing relationships, and collaborate as a team to ensure clients are connected to the right people and opportunities.
  • Introduce clients to mobile banking applications to help them better manage their banking needs.
