About The Position

As a Financial Services Representative II within the Personal and Business Banking team at CIBC, you will work in a dynamic Banking Centre, making a significant impact on clients' lives. Your role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial and personal objectives, and delivering personalized service. You will recommend appropriate products and solutions to support their financial success. The position requires flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and the ability to work at various banking centres within a reasonable travel distance. This is a full-time, on-site role designed to optimize your work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, advise them on solutions, and provide a forward-looking financial plan.
  • Use your knowledge of cash management, credit, investment and wealth protection to help clients meet their goals.
  • Engage in marketing and outreach activities to show clients you value them and their communities.
  • Grow your network, deepen existing relationships, and work as one team to ensure clients are connected to the right people and opportunities.
  • Become a technology expert and share your knowledge by introducing clients to our mobile banking applications, helping them to better manage their banking needs.
