About The Position

Our financial client is seeking motivated professionals who are interested in building a long-term career in financial services. Successful candidates are typically early career professionals with interest in customer service, client support, banking, insurance, operations, leadership, hospitality, or other fast-paced service environments. As a Financial Services Professional, you are often the first point of contact for financial advisors who rely on you to help them serve their clients and grow their businesses. Each day, you'll handle a high volume of inbound calls and inquiries from financial advisors, helping them navigate account questions, operational processes, technology tools, and service requests. Advisors are often working under tight deadlines, so responsiveness, professionalism, and problem-solving skills are critical.

Requirements

Strong customer service experience and a genuine interest in financial services.
No prior financial services experience required but candidates who can identify solutions quickly take ownership of interactions and explain complex information clearly tend to perform best.
