The Opportunity: As a Financial Services Professional at Strategic Financial Group, you'll be the driver behind our clients' financial success. You'll play a key role in developing strategic financial plans, analyzing financial data, forecasting trends, and working closely with our team to ensure client satisfaction and success.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience (sales, finance, real estate, banking, education, or client-facing roles preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Life and Health Insurance Licenses or willing to obtain
• FINRA Series 7 & Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) or willing to obtain
• Creative problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software.
• Demonstrated success in a client-facing financial role.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• A passion for building relationships and a commitment to client success.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships through proactive communication and effective problem-solving.
• Analyze client's financial status, develop and implement financial strategies.
• Collaborate with team to share best practices and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the financial industry.
• Source new clients through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
