Responsibilities

- Researching and resolving complex service-related issues
- Navigating multiple systems and resources simultaneously
- Providing accurate, professional, and timely support
- Learning financial products, operational processes, and industry concepts
- Building strong relationships through exceptional customer service
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify solutions and drive positive outcomes
- Managing multiple priorities while maintaining quality and productivity standards
