Requirements
- Must have an interest in Financial Services
- Minimum 1-3 years of customer service or call center experience
- Sign on bonus available for candidates who have already obtained their SIE

Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls and inquiries from financial advisors.
- Assist financial advisors in navigating account questions, operational processes, technology tools, and service requests.
- Provide responsive, professional, and problem-solving support to financial advisors working under tight deadlines.
