Requirements
- Admitted to the NY Bar in good standing.
- Experience in financial services litigation required.
- Experience in contested foreclosure litigation required.
- Experience analyzing and reviewing loan-level documentation.
- Experience drafting pleadings.
- Experience drafting dispositive motions.
- Experience drafting workout resolution agreements.
- Experience arguing motions.
- Experience handling court appearances.
- Strong research skills.
- Strong writing skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
