Requirements
- 4-6 or more years of experience in payments, whether in banking or financial services consulting, with deep knowledge of clearing and settlement, SWIFT, FedWire, CHIPs, ACH, payments infrastructure, treasury and cash management.
- Hands-on experience with regulatory requirements and payments modernization initiatives and change management.
- A strong interest or experience in enabling global 24X7X365 payments capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Proven leadership experience and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%), both domestic and international.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects end-to-end to solve real-world payment challenges, from wires and cross-border payments and emerging capabilities such as on chain correspondent banking.
- Collaborate with diverse teams and clients, fostering innovation and inclusive work environments.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver solutions that drive measurable impact.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing your knowledge and passion.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and help shape EY’s thought leadership in payments.
